Perseverance is a human soul trait. It's identified by its purple coloration.

Appearance[]

Perseverance traits appear as purple hearts, and humans who possess this SOUL trait may have purple hair and purple eyes. This isn't always the case, as a human can have different hair colors, but the eyes just like the rest of the traits are absolute.

Facts by Camila[]

  • It is stable and powerful.
  • This magic is related to the user's will power. Therefore, this kind of magic is similar to Justice's, and Determination's magic.
  • Wizards with this magic are quite known to cause damage that takes a while to heal.
  • It can be hard for the wizard to lose this magic, but it depends on the user's goals.
  • Their magic varies in effectiveness depending on the situation they're in.

Powers and Abilities[]

The Perseverance trait is probably the most balanced trait, second only to Determination. While the other traits focuses primarily on offense or defense/support, Perseverance can be used effectively for both simultaneously. It focuses on close range combat, in contrast to the Justice trait; most users will focus on using their magic to give them an advantage is melee based fights, giving them immense durability as well as rendering most defenses useless. The wounds they inflict are known to be difficult to recover from, making them useful in drawn out fight. The only situation where a Perseverance wizard may not be useful is against a wizard with ranged magic.

  • Weapon of Perseverance: Perseverance wizards focuses on summoning something to help them with close range combat. Each mage manifests a different magical construct for either offense or defense.
  • Statistics Amplification: Perseverance wizard gets stronger when someone nearby shares the same feeling of being perseverance, the will to achieve.[1]
  • Anti Healing: Perseverance wizards are capable of making it harder to use healing magic with wounds they inflicted upon opponents causing the opponent to have a harder time healing the wounds inflicted by the user.
  • Persevering Against Death: Perseverance users can keep themselves alive longer using there magic if inflicted with fatal damage. However, they will still die if not treated quickly. Two examples of this are Noah and Rave Rutrow.
  • Aura: All traited humans have access to a passive aura, an invisible barrier that surround the user's body to protect from damage. The aura of a perseverance wizard is more powerful then an average mages aura

Trivia[]

  • Perserverance is a more balanced trait, as it can be applied both defensively and offensively.
    • Examples of more unbalanced traits are Kindness and Bravery. Kindness is more defense oriented, whereas Bravery is more offense oriented.
  • Perseverance, as according to one of Camila's videos on the said trait, is paradoxically a close-range oriented field of magic.
    • In Game Over, three perseverance wizards fired beams of magic, this is not natural, as they used technology to allow this.[2]
